A public meeting is being held tonight about the future of the former Broad Street Elementary School.
The meeting will take place at the Broad Street building beginning at 6:30 p.m. The community is invited to give their opinions on the situation as well as ask questions of school administrators.
Last week the Butler School Board approved a plan to sell the property to the ARC of Butler County who made a bid of $475,000. JM Beatty Furniture has increased their original bid to $530,000.
County Judge S. Michael Yeager will rule on the offers and the sale at a hearing on December 22nd at 9 a.m.
