The Butler County Prison is adding restrictions in order to deal with a growing number of COVID cases.
A 10 day lockdown was put into effect on Monday of this week according to county officials. That means nobody is able to enter or exit the prison during that time.
County commissioners did commend prison leadership for their health and safety protocols during the course of the pandemic.
