President Joe Biden will make a stop in Pittsburgh today.
The President will be visiting Mill 19, a research and development hub in the Hazelwood neighborhood.
Biden is expected to tout the infrastructure bill that passed with bipartisan support late last year.
Officials in Pittsburgh say drivers should expect rolling delays in the Hazelwood neighborhood throughout the morning and afternoon.
