A local tradition is set for this weekend in various locations around Butler County.
The 2016 Butler County Farm Tour begins at 10 a.m. Saturday and runs to 4 p.m.
This free, self-guided tour of local farms has a wide variety of animals and activities for the whole family. Included in the seven farms open to the public will be one raising alpacas, an equestrian center, and a new tree nursery facility.
Volunteers are needed for half day shifts and will receive a free t-shirt, lunch, and a special gift. For more information, go to VisitButlerCounty.com/FarmTour.
