Power has been knocked out to a number of residents in downtown Butler.
First Energy says about 350 people are without power. It’s unclear whether this was a planned outage or an accident. As a result of the outage, WISR has been knocked off the air. It can be streamed online.
West Penn Power crews are on West Penn Street—it’s unclear when power will be restored.
