Less than 20 residents in Slippery Rock are still without power as of 3 p.m.
According to First Energy, an outage impacting more than 200 homes and businesses in the borough took place Wednesday morning.
The outage also knocked out power to traffic lights, with police directing motorists to treat those intersections as a four-way stop sign.
The Slippery Rock Volunteer Fire Department opened up their bingo hall as a warming center for any residents in need.
