A one vehicle crash in Connoquenessing Township has shut down a portion of a local road.
Calls came into the Butler County 911 Center just after 9:30am for a car that crashed into a tree on Whitestown Road. Officials say that five people were in the vehicle, and at least one person suffered unknown injuries.
Due to the crash, crews shut down a portion of Whitestown Road between Dick Road and Holt Lane. It is unknown when the road will reopen.
