There is plenty to do and see for the whole family this weekend at the Spring Gas-up in Portersville.
This event kicks off the 2017 show season and will be held Saturday and Sunday at the Portersville Steam Show Grounds off Perry Highway. The gate opens at 9 a.m. and events will conclude around 8 p.m. each day.
The show includes displays and demonstrations of gas and oil engines and steam equipment as well as crafts, flea market, saw milling, a vintage village, trading post, train rides, and good.
Admission is $5 for adults while kids 11 and under get in for free. Smoking, alcohol, and pets are prohibited. Visit portersvillesteamshow.org for more information.
