A local event with something for the whole family kicks off today.
The Portersville Steam Show begins Thursday and continues through Sunday out at the Steam Show Grounds off Perry Highway.
The weekend will include a vintage village, farm animals, train rides, flea market, crafts, tractor pulls, and lots of great food.
