Porter was a three-time Pro Bowler after being drafted by the Steelers in 1999.
The Steelers visit the Kansas City Chiefs in the AFC Divisional playoff round Sunday at 1:05pm.
The Jacksonville Jaguars have hired Doug Marrone as their new head football coach. They also brought in former head coach Tom Coughlin to oversee football operations. Coughlin was the teams’ first head coach from 1995 to 2002.
