A popular Butler County Christmas tree farm is not selling trees this year.
There is a ‘closed’ sign outside the Renick’s Tree Farm in West Sunbury.
After selling Christmas trees for decades and decades, the business is not selling any this year.
Someone at the farm over the weekend told a potential customer that the farm didn’t have enough mature trees to sell so they closed for the season.
It’s unclear if the farm will be open in future years. The business’ website is down and their phone has been disconnected.
