Police are warning drivers after seeing an uptick in road rage incidents.
This comes in the wake of the death of an off duty police officer in Blawnox, who was shot and killed after a road rage incident last week.
Police say that if it appears that another driver is angry, there are a couple of tips to follow.
- Don’t engage with the driver: police say either give the driver some space or let the driver pass.
- Don’t lead the angry driver to your home.
- Find a safe place, like a police station, to pull over.
