Police are looking for a Lyndora man accused of breaking into a Butler Township home and attacking the homeowner while he was sleeping.
An arrest warrant has been issued for 42-year-old Thomas Smith. Butler Township Police believe Smith broke into a home on North Duffy Road about 8 a.m. Sunday morning (1/7) and began striking a man in the head with a large object.
The man was able to run to a neighbor’s house for help.
Police believe the attacker and the victim knew each other prior to the incident.
If you have any information on the whereabouts of Smith, you’re asked to call 911.
