State police are asking for help determining the person responsible for damaging a fence in Armstrong County.
According to police in Kittanning, someone was driving on Kittanning Hollow Road in Sugarcreek Township between the evening of August 22nd and the morning of the 23rd when the person left the roadway.
The driver took out a fence with high tensile wire and continued driving without stopping to notify the property owner.
