State police are releasing more information about a crash that happened on Route 8 North last week involving a tri-axle truck.
This accident happened Tuesday just after 11 a.m. at the intersection of Route 8 and Sunset Drive in Center Township.
Police say 72-year-old Annette Lippert of Boyers pulled out onto Route 8 from Sunset Drive in front of a tri-axle truck driven by 61-year-old Gerald Roberts of Sandy Lake.
Roberts swerved to try and avoid Lippert but collided with the front end of her SUV and ultimately rolled the truck over.
Roberts suffered serious injuries and was flown to a Pittsburgh trauma center. Lippert had minor injuries and was taken to Butler Memorial Hospital.
