A man from Karns City was arrested over the weekend for allegedly brandishing an assault rifle during a domestic altercation.
State Police say the incident happened on Friday night at a home along Route 268 (Kittaning Pike) in Fairview Township.
34-year-old Mark Miller is accused of pointing the muzzle of an AR-15 assault rifle towards both a 22-year-old female from Chicora and a 2-year-old.
Authorities allege he was “highly intoxicated” during the incident.
Police investigated, and arrested Miller on simple assault and reckless endangerment charges and took him to the Butler County Jail.
