Authorities are providing more information about a shooting that occurred earlier this month in the city of Butler.
Butler City Police have an arrest warrant for 27-year-old Michael Collins of Youngstown in connection with a shooting in the 400 block of West New Castle Street just before 2:30 a.m. Sunday, February 5th.
Police say that 43-year-old Butler man suffered a gunshot wound to the shoulder and was taken by ambulance to a Pittsburgh trauma center for treatment. That man has since been released from medical care.
Collins has been charged with multiple felonies including attempted homicide, burglary, aggravated assault, criminal trespass, and a firearms violation.
