Authorities are continuing their investigation into a theft that recently occurred at a Springfield Township, Mercer County business.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, at least one unknown person recently stole three items from a Perry Highway business. The combined values of these items totaled approximately $16,000. Police say that the stolen items include a hydraulic jack hammer and a catalytic converter.
Officials say that the thefts occurred over a three week period when the owner was away on business. Police say during that time, the front gate was open and unlocked. There are no leads in the case at this time.
