No charges will be filed after a vehicle was stolen last week in New Castle City.
According to State Police, Troopers attempted to pull over an SUV traveling at a high rate of speed on Mill Street just after 8pm on Thursday (April 13th).
Authorities say that after a brief pursuit, the vehicle was discovered unoccupied with the doors unlocked. During their investigation, officials determined that the vehicle was stolen out of New Castle City, but the theft was not yet reported.
The identity of the suspect or suspects involved in this case was not immediately released.
Police plan to close their investigation as the victim did not want to prosecute.
