Police say a woman opened fire outside a New Castle gas station on Sunday.
It happened about 4:30 p.m. at the Market 24 Food Mart on East Washington Street.
Officers say 38-year-old Staicy Fusco shot Kenneth Kelly after an argument in the parking lot.
She told police that Kelly and another man were fighting and she felt threatened.
Kelly was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital. No word on his condition.
