Police are asking for help as they investigate a fire at a Forward Township residence last week.
State Police in Butler are looking for an older, dark colored pickup truck that was seen parked along Old Route 68 last Thursday (11/5) in front of the vacant house that burned.
The fire marshal is investigating the blaze that caused $5,000 worth of damage. The residence is owned by Bertha Burry of Mars, who has lived at a nursing home for several years. No one was living there at the time of the fire and no one was hurt.
Anyone with information about that vehicle or the fire is asked to contact the fire marshal unit of the Butler State Police.
