Police believe a driver fell asleep at the wheel before crashing on Sunday in Butler Township.
24-year-old McKenzie Lumley of Tarentum was traveling northbound on Pittsburgh Road- at the Greater Butler Mart- about 2:30 a.m. when police allege her vehicle struck the curb and two large landscape rocks in front of the McDonald’s.
Her vehicle then crossed over into the southbound lanes, where it came to rest.
Butler Township Police say Lumley was not hurt in the accident, and no other vehicles or people were involved.
