A local man is facing charges after a burglary in Franklin Township last month.
According to State Police, 36-year-old R. Jarrod Price of Butler is responsible for breaking into the S and S Market in the 100 block of North Road.
This incident occurred around 2 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15.
The investigation determined that Price allegedly threw a brick through the front door of the business and removed cigarettes.
