A Butler man is facing charges after police say he nearly crashed head-on into a police car.
According to Butler Township Police, during a roving DUI patrol on March 19, a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Darrin Dibiccaro nearly collided with a marked police unit head-on.
Officers say Dibiccaro appeared intoxicated and a series of tests confirmed that was the case.
Dibiccaro was arrested and charged with DUI and careless driving.
