No one was hurt in two separate crashes Sunday in neighboring townships in northern Butler County.
Both crashes involved one vehicle each. The first happened about 11 a.m. on Fairview Road in Washington Township. The second happened about 1:30 p.m. on Route 268 (Kittanning Pike) in Parker Township.
In the first crash, State Police say a Slippery Rock woman was traveling west on Fairview Road when she missed a curve, lost control and crashed into a tree. In the second, authorities say an East Brady man was traveling south on Route 268 when he also lost control while traveling around a bend. His vehicle struck an embankment and spun.
