A local toy store is warning customers of a fake online site that is trying to scam people.
Playthings Etc. on Route 8 said in an online post that they recently were made aware of an imposter website claiming to have an online store.
Playthings does not sell any items or merchandise online.
If you purchased anything from the scammer website, you should contact your bank or credit card company.
