State police in Kittanning were called to the scene of a one car crash early Tuesday morning.
Police say that 24-year-old Merrill Lau of Pittsburgh, PA was traveling to fast for snowy conditions on route 28 just North of Bakerstown Road. He lost control of the vehicle, slammed into the guide rail and came to a stop on the berm. Nobody was injured, however the vehicle had to be towed from the scene.
Lau was cited for the crash.
