A Pittsburgh woman is suing a big retailer over the price she paid for toilet paper.
Mary Bach says she was overcharged because Kmart charged her sales tax on toilet paper, even though toilet paper is not a taxable item in Pennsylvania.
Bach claims she bought two different sizes of toilet paper at two different times at a Kmart in North Versailles. She has receipts showing she was charged sales tax both times.
Bach said she told the clerks about it, but claims she got no action.
Over the years, Bach has sued Walmart, CVS, Radio Shack and others for overcharging and she’s been victorious in all but one case.
She’s due in court for the current case against Kmart Tuesday.
