As many get ready to travel for their summer vacations, the Pittsburgh Airport is warning flyers to get there early.
Airport officials say that passengers who have flights between 5-8 a.m. are seeing extended wait times to get through security.
In fact, the airport says they’ve had record-breaking crowds, which is leading to longer lines.
They encourage flyers to arrive at the airport 2.5 to 3 hours before their flight.
The airport is also working with TSA to streamline the process.
