The Pitt men’s basketball team defeated Georgia Tech 61-59 last night in the opening round of the Atlantic Coast Conference tournament. Michael Young netted 17 to lead the Panthers into the second round tonight at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn. Pitt will face Virginia. The Panthers are the #14-seed in the tournament. Virginia is #6. Tip-off tonight is 9pm.
