The Pittsburgh Pirates won their fifth consecutive game on Saturday, as they beat the visiting San Francisco Giants by a final of 3-1.
Rookie shortstop Cole Tucker, who was called up after Friday’s game, hit a two-run homer in his MLB debut. Jameson Taillon started on the mound for the Bucs in the rain shortened game. He pitched all five innings, and allowed four hits and struck out three.
