The Pittsburgh Pirates have announced Dave Jauss will be the new bench coach for Clint Hurdle’s staff for the 2016 season. Hurdle did not have a bench coach last season after Jeff Banister left to become the manager of the Texas Rangers. Jauss has been a part of the Pirates coaching staff since 2012. The Pirates also announced Kevan Graves has been promoted from director of baseball operations to assistant general manager of the team.
