The Pittsburgh Pirates fell to the Phillies 7-2 Friday night.
Josh Bell helped the Pirates take an early 1-0 lead in the game by hitting an RBI double that scored Josh Harrison. Harrison singled to get on base. Pitcher Trevor Williams got the loss and gave up three runs, two walks and four hits over 5 2/3 innings. Tony Watson gave up a three run home run in the ninth to seal up the game for Philadelphia.
