The crowd at PNC Park gave Andrew McCutchen a warm welcome back to Pittsburgh Friday night as the Pirates beat the Giants 11-2.
Pirate pitcher Jameson Taillon had to exit the game early due to a laceration on his finger and was replaced by Steven Brault. Starling Marte, Jose Osuna, Josh Bell and Max Moroff all hit home runs for the Bucos.
The Pirates have won four in a row and scored a total of 36 runs in those four games.
Chad Kuhl will get the start for the Pirates tonight as they take on the Giants at 7:05 p.m. at PNC Park. Coverage can be heard on WISR 680am starting at 6:40 with the pregame show.
