The Pittsburgh Pirates fell to the visiting St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday night, losing by a final of 10-1.
Leading the Buccos offensively was Starling Marte, who finished with two hits and one RBI. In total, the Bucs managed six hits in Saturday’s loss. Steven Brault was the starting pitcher for the Pirates. He pitched five and one-third innings, and allowed six hits and five earned runs while striking out two.
