The Pittsburgh Pirates fell to the visiting St. Louis Cardinals on Saturday, losing by a final of 4-1.
Outfielder Starling Marte, who was activated from the Disabled List on Saturday, led the Buccos offensively. He finished with two hits, including a homerun. Colin Moran finished with two hits. Pitcher Trevor Williams had a tough outing, as he pitched four innings, giving up seven hits and four runs while striking out three.
