The Pittsburgh Pirates lost two split-squad exhibition games Sunday in Florida. Tyler Glasnow started a 2-1 loss against Boston. He allowed one earned run over 4-2/3rds innings. He allowed five hits, striking out six and walking two. Stephen Brault started the other game, a 5-2 loss against Toronto. Brault allowed one hit in four innings. The Bucs host Minnesota today. Their regular season opener is just over a week away.
