The Pittsburgh Pirates fell to the Arizona Dimondbacks on the road Saturday night by a final of 7-1.
The Pirates did not look spectacular in any phase of Saturday’s game. One of the bright spots for the Bucs was a second inning solo shot by first baseman/utility man Sean Rodriquez. Pirates’ pitcher Juan Nicasio received the loss, which drops the Buccos to 9-9 on the 2016 season.
The Bucs will wrap up their three game series with the Dimondbacks on Sunday, with a 4:10pm first pitch. The Pirates will then travel to Colorado for a four game series with the Rockies before returning to PNC Park on Friday.
You can catch Sunday’s game, starting with pregame coverage on WISR 680AM.
