The Pirates open their final road trip of the season tonight in Miami. It will be a 10-game road trip.
The St. Louis Cardinals enter the weekend a half-game in front of the San Diego Padres for the final National League Wild Card. The Reds are one game back. The Philadelphia Phillies are 2-1/2 games out. The Cardinals and host San Diego this weekend. The Phillies face the New York Mets, and the Reds will be hosting the Los Angeles Dodgers.
