The Pirates lost to the Brewers 10-4 Friday night in Milwaukee.
Pirates starter Rookie Davis, who actually is a rookie, only went three innings before being removed from the game. Clay Holmes gave up one run in the fourth and Nick Kingham came out of the bullpen and gave up six runs. Kevin Newman led off the sixth inning with his second career home run to bring the pirates within one run of the Brewers.
Jordan Lyles will get the start today for the Pirates as the take on the Brewers. You can hear that game on WISR 680am starting at 3:45 with the pregame show. First Pitch goes out at 4:10 p.m.
