The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the visiting Cincinnati Reds in extra innings on Saturday, winning by a final of 6-5.
Leading the Buccos offensively were Josh Bell (three hits/one home run and two RBI), and Kevin Newman (who finished with two hits, one of which was a walk off double in the bottom of the 10th). Trevor Williams was the starting pitcher for the Bucs on Saturday. He pitched six complete innings, and allowed three earned runs and seven hits while striking out three.
