The Pittsburgh Pirates beat the Miami Marlins on Saturday night, winning by a final of 1-0.
Outfielder Starling Marte scored the lone run in the top of the ninth. Marte led off the inning with a bunt that resulted in an infield hit. Left fielder Corey Dickerson later drove Marte in to win the game. Jameson Taillon pitched six innings for the Pirates, and gave up four hits while striking out two.
The Bucs return to action on Sunday, as they wrap up their series with the Marlins in Miami. First pitch is scheduled for 1:10pm.
