The Pittsburgh Pirates and Milwaukee Brewers were rained out last night at PNC Park. The game has been rescheduled as part of a doubleheader July 14th. The first game will begin that day at 12:35pm. The Bucs will begin a four-game series with the Arizona Diamondbacks tonight. Game time is 7:05pm. Pre-game on WISR 680am is 6:40pm. Chad Kuhl will start for the Bucs tonight.
The Pirates have placed outfielder Corey Dickerson on Family Medical Emergency Leave and have recalled Adam Frazier from Triple-A Indianapolis. The move means Dickerson will be away from the team a minimum of three days and up to a week.
Jung Ho Kang was scratched from the line-up Wednesday in Indianapolis. Kang reported an issue with his wrist prior to the game. In seven games with the Indians, Kang was 7-for-26 with a double and four RBI’s.
