A man from Philadelphia is in the Butler County Prison on drug charges.
During a traffic stop on Pittsburgh Road (Route 8) in Butler Township on Sunday, officers found 21-year-old Kishon Yeagins with 127 bags of suspected heroin and one bag of suspected crack cocaine inside his vehicle.
Yeagins was taken into custody, charged with possession of drugs with the intent to deliver.
