The Pittsburgh Penguins visit the Philadelphia Flyers for Game Four of their Stanley Cup Playoff Series tonight.
Face-off is 7pm. Pre-game on WISR 680am will be 6:30pm. Evgeni Malkin recored his 100th career assist in Sunday’s victory. Captain Sidney Crosby is one point away from tying Mario Lemieux’s franchise record of 172 points in the postseason.
The Pens will be without winger Patric Hornqvist, who has an “upper body” injury. Philadelphia will be without their top center (Sean Couturier) who was injured in practice Tuesday.
Friday’s game back in Pittsburgh has been announced as a 7pm face-off. Hear the game on WISR at 6:30pm.
Stanley Cup Playoffs Tuesday:
–Washington defeated Columbus 3-2 in double-overtime. Columbus still leads the series 2-1.
–Former Penguins goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury had his second shutout of the post-season last night–stopping 31 shots in the Las Vegas 1-0 win over Los Angeles. The Golden Knights swept the series 4-0.
–Winnipeg took a 3-1 series lead over Minnesota following a 2-0 win last night.
