The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed forward Matt Cullen to a one-year $1 million contract. The 39-year old Cullen was part of the Pens Stanley Cup championship team last season. He also won a Cup with Carolina in 2006. He had 16 goals last season. It is likely Cullen will play one more season, then retire.
