The Pittsburgh Penguins played an exciting game against the New Jersey Devils Friday night in Pittsburgh but lost 4-3 in overtime.
Sidney Crosby got things rolling for the Pens in the first period scoring a goal. The Devils struck back in the second period scoring two goals to take 3-1 lead into the third. Brian Dumoulin scored in the third period and Phil Kessel’s 30th goal of the season sent the game into overtime where the Pens lost the game.
The Penguins will take on the Flyers in Pittsburgh on Sunday. You can hear coverage of that game on WISR 680 am starting at 12:00 p.m. with the pregame show. Face off is 12:30 p.m.
