The Pittsburgh Penguins will be idle until they return to play after the NHL All-Star break. The Pens will host Winnipeg Tuesday, February 6th at PPG Paints Arena. They currently sit six points out of a Wild Card spot with 36 games remaining.
The NHL All-Star game will be played Saturday in Toronto. Crosby is the Penguins lone representative.
The Edmonton Oilers defeated Nashville 4-1 Saturday night to win their 16th consecutive game. They are now one game away from tying the Penguins NHL record. The Oilers travel to Vegas following the All-Star break February 6th.
