The Pens may be without second line center Jared McCann, who missed practice this week with a lower-body injury. He will be a game-time decision. The Pens already have four key players on injured reserve.
Penguins defenseman Kris Letang became the first Penguins defenseman in franchise history to earn 500 career points when he assisted on Sam Lafferty’s second period goal in Winnipeg.
In Saturday’s victory in Minnesota, goaltender Matt Murray became the fastest active goalie to reach 100 wins in the NHL. He did so in 166 career games, becoming the seventh-fastest goaltender to do so in NHL history.
