The Pittsburgh Penguins fell to the San Jose Sharks on Saturday night by a final of 3-1.
Saturday’s game marked the return of former Pens’ and current Sharks’ defenseman Paul Martin, who played the last five seasons in Pittsburgh. The Penguins honored Martin with a video on the jumbo-tron prior to the game. Martin also scored his first goal of the season in the game.
Phil Kessel scored the lone goal for the Penguins.
The Pens will wrap up their four game homestand this Wednesday when they host the St. Louis Blues. Pregame will be at 6:30pm on WISR 680, and the puck will drop just after 7pm.
